CUSTOMER AGREEMENT

SIMPLY SIGN IT CUSTOMERS:

GENERAL

The following terms and conditions outline Simply Sign It responsibilities (herein also referred to as Company) and the customer/clients' responsibilities. The company agrees to provide a greeting card display at the address provided by the client. Consent must be given by Client to Company for use of any picture and video rights for use in commercial and advertising material. All greeting card displays come as described in the details.

SERVICE PERIOD

Your personal greeting will be displayed for a period of no less than 12 hours and no longer than 24 hours.

LAWN ACCESS & SPACE 

Please water the lawn the day prior to the expected delivery. Please leave as many lights on in the front to assist with our set up. Please ensure no cars are parked in front of the house. Simply Sign It reserves the right to alter the message as we see fit due to yard size or yard conditions that do not allow the original greeting to be displayed. (ie Happy B-Day instead of Happy Birthday). Please make sure at least one adult in the home is aware of the setup to avoid police being notified.

PAYMENT TERMS

The company accepts payment in the form of Venmo/Credit/Debit. No cash accepted on site. Full payment is due at the time of booking.

DATE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Any request for a date change must be discussed with the owner/company rep. Change is subject to availability. If there is no availability for the alternate date, a partial refund shall be provided and the event canceled. Any cancellation to the event date will forfeit all payments received. Cancellation must be 48 hours before the scheduled setup time. 

  1. No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address.

  2. No refunds will be given due to the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display.

  3. No refunds will be given due to being denied access to a gated community.

  4. No refunds will be given due to any animals that prevent the display from being set up.

  5. No refunds will be given for circumstances that are out of our control that prevent us from setting up the display.

 

In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds, and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm’s way. In these instances, if this should occur we will work with you to reschedule the event or provide a refund.

 

 

DAMAGE TO PROVIDER'S EQUIPMENT & REFUSAL

Simply Sign It and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the set-up or removal of any rental. The client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for payment of any damage or loss to the Company's Equipment caused by any misuse or negligent acts toward the Company's Equipment by Client or its guests.

  1. Please DO NOT attach balloons or any other objects to any part of the display. Balloons get hot in the sun. If a hot balloon blows against our signs, our sign may become damaged.

  2. If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up.

  3. DO NOT pull the signs from the ground.

  4. Do NOT allow kids (or adults) to lean or sit on signs as they are not made to hold any sort of weight and will break. You will be responsible for any damaged signs from sitting or leaning on them.

 

Please do not remove signs. If you need signs moved please contact us immediately. Please do not schedule lawn service the day of delivery as lawn equipment can ruin signs and fresh grass stains signs.

I have read, understand, and accept the terms of this agreement based on my event type booked.  I give permission for Simply Sign It to provide the service by initiating a booking.

By booking with Simply Sign It, you understand the policy and agree to its enforcement.
